Making his presence felt in automobile sector as a dealer of TVS Motor Co. in 1997, Mr. Rakesh Malik steered from a single dealership and company to a multifaceted business group. In 2000, he entered the competitive field of construction with his first- ever joint venture with Bhopal Municipal Corporation called “CI Homes”. Subsequently, he kept on adding milestone projects like CI Villas, CI Enclave, CI Park View, CI Heights etc to his kitty.In spite of the braving stiff competition existing in the year 2005, CI Group was awarded dealership of Hyundai Motor India Ltd leading to a new venture CI Hyundai. In 2012, CI Group joined hands with Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. to become an authorized dealer for its complete range of products. Today CI is running CI Hyundai and CI Mahindra and CI Builders successfully.
Prior to her marriage, Mrs. Anju Malik had been involved with her industrialist father in assisting him in the administration and accounting department. After marriage, she actively took over the reins of running a household and also shouldering responsibilities of her husband’s business in day to day affairs. She had been instrumental in shaping the growth of their TVS Dealership from 2000, graduating to running single handily the Hyundai Dealership since inception in 2005. Attaining laurels, collecting trophies by excelling in sales, building trust amongst customers by imparting customer centric attitude are some of her traits.
Armed with an MBA Degree, Rahul started taking care of the TVS Dealership and thereafter was instrumental in shaping Mahindra Dealership since inception. Scaling up operations by network development in 3 districts, monitoring showrooms and workshops in remote locations, leading a team of over 150 employees spread over 10 locations are few of the responsibilities that he handles single-handedly. Furthermore, he liaisons with the company and channel partners too. Easy going nature and accessible to all are his plus points!
After doing his MBA from U.K., his approach to the desi trade of construction activity was a stark contrast. But his grip on day to day site management started yielding results. And today he manages 2-3 locations as well as is actively involved in marketing, sales and construction of the company projects. Keeping an eagle’s eye on the ever changing market scenario, he shapes his projects accordingly.

While studying CA, Akash joined CI Hyundai to get the in-depth knowledge of the trade in early years of his career. He majorly focuses on service and customer satisfaction which lead to increased volumes and turnover of CI Hyundai. He has been looking after the two Hyundai showrooms in Bhopal as well as the 3 upcountry showrooms of CI Hyundai. Under his able guidance, the Koh-e-fiza showroom has been acclaimed by the company for doubling the volumes.
Recently spreading the reach of Hyundai, he created a landmark green field dealership at main Hoshangabad Road. His easy-going nature and getting to grass root levels are helping him run the dealership more successfully.
